Shah Rukh Khan

 Shah Rukh Khan, often referred to as SRK, is a highly acclaimed Indian actor, producer, and television personality. Known as the "King of Bollywood," he has appeared in more than 80 Bollywood films and has garnered numerous accolades, including several Filmfare Awards. Khan is renowned for his versatility, portraying a wide range of characters from romantic heroes to complex anti-heroes. 



Born on November 2, 1965, in New Delhi, he began his career in the late 1980s with appearances in television series before making his Bollywood debut with the film "Deewana" in 1992. Some of his most iconic films include "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge," "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai," "My Name Is Khan," and "Chennai Express."



In addition to his acting career, Shah Rukh Khan co-owns the production company Red Chillies Entertainment and the Kolkata Knight Riders cricket team in the Indian Premier League. Known for his philanthropic efforts, he has been involved in various charitable causes, especially in health and education.



SRK's global appeal and significant contributions to cinema have earned him numerous awards and honors, including the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award.
